Glastonbury

Just back from catering for the build crew at Glastonbury for the third year running. We create field kitchens at the festival with dining areas for the crew. This year we catered for the build crew of 3 seperate fields. We serve cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner to over 150 crew on a daily basis, giving a varied tasty choice for everyone.

 

It's sometimes quite a challenge working in the field kitchens with the weather being unpredictable. Having to prepare for all eventualities from scorching sunshine to torrential downpours with ensuing mud slides!
