Cumberland cocktails sausages baked in honey and herbs. (Served on sticks or in a mini hot dog roll with relish)

Tortilla cup with Aztec beef and cocoa chilli, topped with chive cream fraiche

 

Chicken spiedini wrapped in Palma ham with a sun dried tomato pesto
