Three rice salad with fresh chilli, spring onion, shredded rocket, fresh mint and coriander, tossed with a lemon sesame and olive oil dressing

Three bean and hazelnut salad (green bean, haricot bean and kidney bean,  hazelnut and fresh parsley.)

Raddichio salad with oranges, fennel and shaved red onion

Saffron aioli

Vegetarian

 

Roast celeriac, carrot and squash with sauted chard, and slow roast tomatoes
