Coq au Vin- succulent chicken boned chicken pieces in a red wine sauce with mushrooms, carrots and celery, served with French rice

Chunks of Brisket beef cooked in red wine, tomatoes and root vegetables, served with crushed herb potatoes and seasonal greens

Aztec beef child with chipotle chilies, cocoa and kidney beans, served with coconut rice, sour cream, tomato, lime and avocado salsa and crisp leaf salad

Sweet onion and roast pepper tartlets

Griddled lemon chicken with parmesan shavings, cripsy bacon and baby capers

Baby Gem and rocket salad with Caesar dressing, and crutes

Curried couscous salad with toasted nuts, fresh herbs and harissa roast carrots, with a lemon dressing

Authentic Greek salad with barrel aged feta
